He pioneered the convergence of EU regulations, PKI with Self-Sovereign Identity and co-founded both an Ethereum NFT company and a Cosmos-based network.

Belsy has created and implemented distributed projects across Ethereum, Substrate, and Cosmos-sdk. Her contributions include Anoncreds-rs, USDC & multisig smart contracts, among others. Belsy worked on blockchain projects at PwC and IBM. She holds a PhD from HKUST.

Andrew has over ten years of experience in distributed systems and backend services. He formerly served as a Senior Engineer and contributed core Cosmos SDK-based blockchain network code. He also oversaw Hyperledger Indy implementations of RBFT protocols.

Olly spent 20+ years at Goldman Sachs, as head of Fixed Income businesses. He co-founded HQLAx, a company licensed by the Luxembourg CSSF as an IT systems and communications network operator, using blockchain to optimise collateral mobility.
